As
an innovative, young company,
we seek to use and actively refine the latest
processes and know-how in data
and systems analysis, automation
and process optimization, in addition
to traditional successful techniques.
Our work in these fields includes close cooperation
with the department of electrical engineering
and automation technology of the University
of Applied Sciences, Jena, Germany.
Together with Prof. Karl- Dietrich Morgeneier,
we have supervised three diploma theses that
have dealt with artificial neural networks
and fuzzy technologies.
On June 13, 2002, an important date in our
young company history, we received word
of support from the German Federal Ministry
for Economics and Technology for a project
run jointly with the University of Applied
Sciences, Jena. The project is entitled
“Integration of computer-supported intelligence
into automation solutions for biotech systems.”
For the past year, we have been working together on an “intelligent”
solution for biochemical processes that are difficult to master.
The project was completed
in early 2004.
2001 Diploma thesis, Michael
Wächter:
„Neuro / fuzzy control of wastewater treatment plants“
Basic research on the use of artificial neural networks and fuzzy
technologies for the
process optimization of wastewater treatment plants. Simulation
of results using real
treatment plant process data.
2002 Diploma thesis, Jürgen
Rummel:
„Neuro / fuzzy software module based on LabVIEW“
Development of a software module to implement different artificial
neural networks for
user-specific automation solutions.
2002 Diploma thesis, Andreas
Trümper:
„Neuro / fuzzy control of a wastewater treatment plant“
Practical implementation of process optimization using artificial
neural networks and
fuzzy methods for a water treatment plant.
